| Freddie Ruise is a member of the board of directors of Life In Jesus International Foundation (LIJIF) and an Associate Ordained Elder of Grand Memorial Church of God in Christ, Brookshire, TexasFreddie Ruise was born in Sanderson, Florida. Graduated with his High School Diploma at Baker County High School in Florida. He went on to the North Florida Baptist Theological Seminary. In Jacksonville Florida he trained as a Psychological Counselor with the Florida Department of correction. A career he served in for the Department of Corrections for twenty-two (22) years. Freddie's believe in God and Jesus led him to serve as a Youth Counselor for the in Crisis Organization in Florida from 1999 - 2000. In 1996 Freddie was ordained as a non-denominational Elder at Malone Memorial Church of God in Christ (Orlando, FL.) by His Holiness Bishop Chandler Malone. He was later honored by His Holiness the late Bishop M.L.Sconiers for his exemplary service in leadership. Freddie continues to standout as a man that believes in mentoring the youth, guiding them through life and ensuring their safety. A great encourager, who believes that "tough times don't last. Tough people do." |

| Fredrick Q. Smith is the Corporate Information Officer of Life In Jesus International Foundation (LIJIF).
Fred Q. Smith was born in Las Vegas, Nevada and currently resides in Cypress, Texas. Fred graduated from Webster State University, Ogden Utah with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a Masters degree in Industrial labor Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Indiana Pennsylvania. In addition to Fred's academic accomplishments are a Teacher's certificate=ion from St. Thomas University in Houston, Texas, a Certificate in TQM from the University of Nevada and a Lean Six sigma Certification from the University of Houston.
Fred's career paths have positioned him very well for the task ahead. A Juvenile Officer, school teacher in Human Resources leader, youth at risk leader and an entrepreneur
Fred is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi, 100 Committed Men and T each a Phew. Fred attended Weber State University on a football scholarship. Was recognized as first team all Sky Conference in 1991, Sports Illustrated Best of the Best in 1991, Pre-season All American Big Sky Conference in 1991. A man who continues to make a difference in the lives of the youth of today. Fred has been involved in coaching football for over a decade and continues to work in the lives of at risk youth. |

Carl Stephen Dunn,MBA
was born in Jamaica and migrated to United States in 1984 where he lived in New York until December 2009. He currently resides in Forsyth County, Georgia with wife Pauline and son Moses-Elijah Dunn. Carl is a results-oriented corporate executive with over 15+ years of proven track record of success in Executive Sales, Financial Management; Marketing and Sales; Business Development; Telecommunications, Management consulting and Government contracting. Carl has an MBA degree from Pace University, New York and a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude in Health Services Management, from CUNY-Herbert Lehman College. He was the recipient of Pace University Full Graduate Scholarship and the UST full Graduate Scholarship, a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society, National Black MBA Association and many charitable organizations.
Between 2006 and 2009, Dunn was the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner of Pat’s Exotic Beverages Inc. He was accountable for strategic planning, business development, marketing and sales of a beverage manufacturer and distributor of all natural premium juices to over 120 restaurants and gourmet shops in NYC. He developed and maintained proactive working relationships with government agencies, business decision makers, bankers, business partners and other personal critical to growth, expansion and profitability. He designed and implemented organization infrastructure and business plans that maximized performance, quality and efficiency. He was honored by Michael Bloomberg, Mayor of New York City in 2007, as the head of one of the top 10 small businesses in NYC between 1997 and 2007.
Between 2003 and 2006, Carl was a Management Consultant for the William Jefferson Clinton Presidential Foundation for Small Business Initiative in New York. He was a lead consultant the 22 month comprehensive and extensive small business initiative that partnered with the National Black MBA Association, Bronx Economic Development Corporation, and the New York University School of Business to establish support for the foundation of U.S. Commerce and Employment-Small Business. He successfully worked with NYC business owners to provide leadership in community development, business development, marketing, strategic planning, financial management, certification, research and funding. He developed a Sales and Marketing proposal that increased sales of DW Haber & Sons, a participant in the initiative, by 100% from $4million in 2004 to $8million in 2005. Carl was recognized by President Bill Clinton and Adolfo Carrion, for his outstanding contribution to the Presidential Small Business Initiative.
Between 2000 and 2002, Dunn was a Senior Corporate Account Manager at Verizon Communication, Inc. He successfully managed 40 national accounts for the Enterprise Solutions Group with a combined sales objective of $12 million. Some of his clients included, Itochu International Inc., a top ten Trading company in the world; AG Edwards and Sons, one the largest brokerage houses in the USA with 800 subsidiaries and CB Richard Ellis. He led the Verizon team that won a $5 million RFP to be the Telecommunications provider for the National Basketball Association. He also successfully managed all
direct reports for Delta Airlines during a period of dramatic changes as the company and the Airline industry were directly affected by September 11th, 2001 events.
Carl has been a born again Christian since 2003 and now dedicates his life to the Service and
Outreach ministries. Dunn's personal spiritual experiences, coupled with his faith have been the source for his
life's mission of helping others and being a positive impact in his jurisdiction and beyond. As per Carl Dunn, we were created as human beings to serve and bless others, anything short of such is a life unfulfilled.
