NURSE,MIDWIFE TRAINER:

We desirably are looking for a Registered Nurse Trainer with extensive experience as a Registered Nurse and a training qualification to work at our Uganda Empowerment Center. The Nurse Trainer will be responsible for the support and Education of our Students and updating their parents and public of the progress and to be in charge of that department’s overall daily running.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Train students and staff as per our guidelines and the National Nurse and Midwife Council and Ministry of Health Uganda Guidelines.
  • To project a professional and ethical organization’s image at all times in front of clients, customers and colleagues.
  • To maintain and improve individual clinical and product knowledge, reinforcing their role as a key
    resource for customers and students.
  • To provide accurate verbal and written feedback to management and those agencies we are
    working with including but not limited to the Nurse and Midwife Council and Examination Board
    and the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education.
  • To identify and recommend refinements in the organization and to enforce training strategies and
