| LIFE IN JESUS INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION'S RATIONALE |
The answer to these serious problems is Life in Jesus International Foundation. LIJIF offers solutions that help heal wounds, and begin reaching into the un-empowered at-risk and participant/client population that are quietly desperate to have services but cannot get them. They seek wellness, counseling and empowerment through improved self-esteem, self-worth, and self-efficacy; however, fear and hopelessness are overwhelming among this population and they become powerless in dealing with all their aggregate issues. LIJIF serves our participants and clients through outreach programs in a competent manner, as we help prepare them to become more empowered during the course of addressing their needs. We need your support to make that happen. We want to collaborate with you in playing a leadership role by responding to this need and providing our services through empowering support. Compassion, integrity, trust, commitment, and holistic healing set our program apart from the rest. The proposed program will target the at-risk, afflicted population in Uganda and all at-risk population in Third World Nations. LIJIF is making this group “state of emergency” top priority status for its program services. LIJIF will meet all international program service requirements, and the center will directly and/or indirectly provide access to comprehensive social services. The center’s focus will be on empowerment, counseling and health/wellness issues through assessment, treatment, and management. Our outreach approach will integrate this population with not only each other but with society, at large. LIJIF’s goals and objectives are to facilitate program services and counseling which will target the following RFP task areas:

KEY ACTION STEPS The quality and pace of any country’s wellness, education, income or health care issues are tied to its socio-economic development, and is largely a reflection of that particular country. To achieve the mission of LIJIF, each person in need of our services will be equipped with our programs and service outreach. The stakeholders of the proposed Uganda Empowerment Center’s construction (capital campaign) phase and implementation of the program services are as follows:
The building and construction capital campaign of LIJIF, integrated with our program services, will serve a multi-fold benefit.
This will help create and maintain a social support mechanism through which we can become a community that is bound to the bigger, international world. Our Capital Building Campaign will include but is not limited to: 1. Supplying the needed equipment and resources to clear the land and build, construct, and/or rehabilitate a building/lot for LIJIF. 2. Life in Jesus International Foundation’s Future Plans - We intend to build onto and/or rehabilitate an existing or new construction building with a full-service Empowerment Center with room for growth and development as the funds become available. We are committed to raising funds that will enable us to build as we need, provide support services as requested, and as we have been called upon to do. LIJIF has discovered our vision and mission as one that enables the village, the community, the nation and targets the international population with a better life and hope for the future. II. Meet with international and national community leaders to: A. Assess community desire and willingness to collaborate in
work. Throughout the social service programs and outreach an emphasis has been put on the development of effective communication skills in local languages; as well as English, appreciation of cultural diversity, acceptance of variety in beliefs and social values, and a sense of national identity. In totality, what evolves through our outreach programs, are immigration law interpretation center, our social services and our empowerment center becomes the bedrock of a new international community. Based on the principles of Christian Faith, the Life In Jesus International Foundation, Inc’s targeted populations experience faith, knowledge of self and give inspiration to become their best. Their best inspires those around them to be their best and so on and so on. This facilitation of our unique and specialized programs help all become who they are intended to be. Life In Jesus International Foundation, Inc has identified the four major challenges that stand on the way for operational development and we have addressed all four of them. They are as follows: LIJIF has obtained the necessary licenses and approvals from the local Ugandan government to work in the region. 2) Differences in faith/religion LIJIF has recognized and is effectively addressing this barrier, by focusing on the needs of the community in an inter-religious fashion rather than addressing the needs of the Christian religious populations. 3) Cultural and language barriers LIJIF’S operational style is designed in a way that cultural barriers are not stumbling blocks. Unlike similar other organizations, Life In Jesus International Foundation, Inc will utilize empowering mentors, trainees, from the same culture, enabling the organization to communicate on the same plane. 4) Criminal element The organization is aware of outside forces, which are not legal, that work against similar programs. There are perpetrators in the cleaner water, medical help, migration advice and support to all people and mostly children in the world industry, drug mafia etc, whose recruiting and breeding grounds are unsanitary living conditions, and Illiterate communities. The organization overcomes the challenge by recruiting and training people from the same places instead of sending outsiders to work in such conditions. The organization focus on the problem where it initiates and breeds, in trying to eradicate the root cause which ultimately delivers the strongest cure. DATA, DEVELOPMENT, GROWTH, EVALUATION AND STRATEGY Truth is, faith might not change the picture, but it will come alongside and hold you up and, most importantly, carry you to the end, because the end for those who believe is only the beginning. - Unknown RFP DESIGNATED PRE-CRITERA FOR TASK AREA SCOPE OF WORK DELIVERABLES LIJIF will meet all RFP/grant Scope of Work task deliverables for the underlying empowerment support program demand. We will do this first by building and/or rehabilitation of an existing facility through a capital construction campaign, which will help us provide a central location for our international program services for this targeted and at-risk population. We will do this while building an international political consensus, employing innovative land-use, offering efficient and effective program services, and using planned timeline concepts. The key elements of our strategy include the following:
